Mace (unit)

A mace (錢) pronounced tsin, is a traditional Chinese measurement of weight in East Asia that was also used as a currency denomination. Its weight slightly differs depending on the time period and place. It is equal to 10 candareens and is 1⁄10 of a tael. Using the Hong Kong Troy units, one mace is roughly ~3.743 g.
