Friends of fox and dog

“Friends of fox and dog” is a chinese saying meaning that evildoers will make friends with evildoers. The reason for this is because in China, it is believed that both the fox and dog are lowly animals and is saying foxes makes friends with dogs as comparison to wrongdoers will make friends with alike, ie bad guys. If two people are said to be friends of foxes and dogs, it means they both are similar, both are corrupt / evildoers.
